Firefox has become unusable because of the tls handshake. I have done the safe mode and the reset of firefox. This started when firefox quantum was released.

There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connections and send their own certificate.

I dont use these programs and windows firewall is configured.
Try to disable IPv6 (check for other possible causes as well).
