Website displays as phone layout on desktop monitor
The following website, www.tvlicensing.co.uk, displays the mobile phone version on my 20-inch desktop monitor using Firefox. I have tried it on Chrome, Explorer and Edge and they all display the correct layout, ie the monitor version.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

While you are in safe mode;
Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
