Hi,

After the last update, 52.8.0, Thunderbird is not loading my email accounts and folders. I checked the profile folder, and the Mail folder. All the account folders are there. How can I reload these accounts and folders?

Please see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/cannot-receive-messages Did it help?

It is not the issue. The issue is that I can't access my old folders and emails. However, the files are there.

"not loading" and "can't access" doesn't describe what you actually see (or don't see) on the screen.

In other words, please don't interpret - just describe verbatim what text and graphics you see and don't see in the Thunderbird UI. Then those of us who are helping have something we can interpret.

Sorry, I just realised that the screenshot I uploaded is not displayed in the forum. The screenshot should have made things easier.

Anyways, ... the issue that I have is that Thunderbird starts like if it was a brand new installation while I've been using the application for years. That is, no email accounts and no folders are shown, it also prompts me to configure email accounts. However, I had 4 different accounts and number of local folders. I can see these in the profile by using Windows Explorer, but I cannot restore them (I uploaded an image of the Mail folder in the Profile).

Do I make sense?
