I thought I was getting Customer Support. I might lose all my information but I have a chance to save it. I hope someone from Firefox would please contact me.

HI, that is possible. Sync does not take the place of doing a backup :

Please ignore everything in this article accept the bottom where it says create a bugzilla account and to do the other link to contact the SUpervisor. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/forum-response-firefox-sync-verification-email-faq Explain issue, and link to this page. And ignore everything else on the page. Some one will contact you with in a day or so.

I could't not say thanks so Thank you and anyone else that deserves it, like Mozilla but that is all that I want to say. I haven't lost anything yet.

I just have to figure out how to export or back up in a non traditional wau. Thanks again please close this because I really don;t want to be helped any longer.
