Each time I start firefox, there is a notification "installing updates" but the version remains unchanged. I suspect some insufficient access rights in WIN 10 64bit but I don't know what to check. The file ‪D:\prog\FirefoxPortableESR\Data\profile\prefs.js has read, write, change and execute permissions for all users. Thanks in advance
