I got a new computer and i want to install firefox, but I dont want to create a new account and loose all the stuff from my old computer
I had mozilla on my old computer, and now I have a new one. When I downloaded firefox, it wants me to create a new account. The password note says "Remember this password — resetting it erases your data from our servers" I don't want to create a new account if erases all my data--i want to see all my same old stuff. How do i find/log into the account I previously made?

You would need to have access to the old computer if you do not know the email and password you used for the Firefox account to see whether you can find this data on the old computer. If you would have to reset the password of the Sync account then this will wipe the data stored on the Sync server (the Sync key to encrypt/decrypt data is derived from the password and only the original password can decrypt this data).
There are other ways to recover/transfer data from one computer to another computer by copying data to a removable USB drive.
Note that Sync isn't meant to be used as a backup, but merely is about syncing personal data between multiple devices.
You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:preferences page.
- Help -> Troubleshooting Information -> Profile Directory:
Windows: Show Folder; Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder - http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox
It would be wise to make sure you have copies of the files on the old computer just in case something goes wrong.
Maybe the problem is that you got a sign up link instead of a sign in link. Can you use your old login credentials here:
