I need to export my Android Firefox bookmarks to a file so I can restore it to a new phone. I do not have a computer to perform sync so sync is unacceptable and useless to me. Sync has deleted many bookmarks in the past on two occasions so I do not trust it and will never use it again.

There is currently no way that I am aware of to export bookmarks in the manner you wish for Firefox for Android.
