Database keeps getting corrupted as soon as I repair it
I noticed that my messages largely aren't showing in my junk folder and in my inbox for my top account. When I try running repair, it completes the repair and I can see the missing emails. But if I click away and then click back on the folder, the recovered messages have disappeared again. If I try deleting the global database file in the profile, it rebuilds everything. But when I go to look at the inbox and junk folder for the primary account, they're no longer visible. It's like each time the DB gets repaired, it breaks again a moment later. Anyone have any ideas what to do about this?

Wow, I just figured this out. What a mess!
It turns out that I somehow ended up installing a British English version of the program instead of an American English version. The British version labels the trash folder as "Deleted" while the American version labels the folder "Trash."
When items have been placed in a folder named "Trash" and then they get handled through a folder called "Deleted" they evidence peculiar behavior.
When you repair the folder they came from before going to Trash, they reappear for a moment, then disappear.
In order to resolve the issue, I had to uninstall the British version and reinstall the American version. That renamed all of the "Deleted" folders back to "Trash", and suddenly files stopped disappearing.
Definitely a bug.

Actually, it turns out to be affecting all of my accounts in Thunderbird.
I created a video you can watch to see exactly what's happening.
I'm using version 60.8.0 (32-bit) of Thunderbird
