Issue with "save as pdf"

more options

The "save as pdf" option of Firefox for android when in "reader view" also saves the font options at the bottom-right of the page. I believe that this is not what the user wants if he/she ever tries to use these options together. I would like the developers to know about this so that this issue can be fixed in the future versions of Firefox for android.

Hi Aiden, yes, someone mentioned this a few months ago. The best workaround I could suggest at the time was to flick (scroll) the page all the way to the bottom.

I don't know whether there will be a fix forthcoming. Do you want to search for and/or file a formal bug report:

I think Save as PDF captures the "print" styled appearance of the page, so the developers could add a style rule to hide that widget when printing. At least, that's what I would suggest for a normal web page, but I don't know exactly how the "simplified" print layout work.
