Thunderbird account settings window is closed and won't open
The Thunderbird accounts setiing window use to open up to allow adjustment of settings, etc. but now it's shrunk to a small box which is unusable.

Are you able to right click in the top corner and select 'size' and then drag window corner ?

Does the window look normal in safe mode? Hold Shift when you launch TB.
No, it's just the same. screen shot won't load here. 8-(
