I'd like to be able to edit an email I've received. For example, I like to add a note to a message to say if I need to take some action, or add other pertinent (and sometimes impertinent!) notes to an email I've received.

I've searched but cannot find if this is possible. Help! (please)

I've just realised that the "Edit as new message" option, and then File > Save (which saves it as a draft) is going to be the best fix.

I'd really like to edit then save the original message, rather than have to replace the original with the editted one (hope that makes sense)
