I have Thunderbird, version 78.4.0 (32-bit). It is installed on a PC. For the last few days I have been unable to receive emails althought the same sender has sent a copy to my wife's email account on her iPad. I have tried everything I can find on the Help pages to no avail. My account settings seem to be the same as before. Can someone suggest a solution and also what settings, etc, I can provide to help?

I discovered "Thunderbird 78 FAQ" and followed the procedure to change the TLS network encryption protocol back to an earlier version. It now works.

Is there a way to retrieve the emails/messages which were prevented from being delivered?
