Firefox should ask for import of chrome bookmarks during first install.

Thanx Ty, thats what I was hoping to read. One more question: Should install Firefox first and then delete chrome, or the other way around?

Do not remove Chrome first! In fact I suggest keeping it around for a few weeks because you may want to refer to your old settings, add-ons, and history while outfitting your Firefox.
