Hi Joe, do you know whether you are seeing the complete form? What I mean is, sometimes the reCAPTCHA box may be hidden, missing or blocked, so then the form doesn't work. If you wouldn't mind looking at something a bit nerdy: (1) Console error messages While you have the login form up on screen, open the Web Console in the lower part of the tab using either: * "3-bar" menu button > Web Developer > Web Console * (menu bar) Tools > Web Developer > Web Console * (Windows) Ctrl+Shift+k This list may have some clutter in it. I suggest clicking the trash can icon at upper left to clear the messages. Then submit the login form again and watch for error or security messages. Anything that sounds like it could be serious? Usually the exclamation points are more critical than the warning triangles. (2) Request log While you have the login form up on screen, open the Network Monitor in the lower part of the tab using either: * "3-bar" menu button > Web Developer > Network * (menu bar) Tools > Web Developer > Network * (Windows) Ctrl+Shift+e On the right side, click the little gear icon and turn on Persist Logs. This will keep files after the page reloads or navigates. Then when you submit the login form, Firefox should start listing all the files it is requesting, along with information about the server's response, if any. Usually for a login there will be a POST request that sends your details. Then the server typically would send back either a redirect to the next page, along with the cookies you'll need to prove you logged in successfully, or an error of some kind. However, depending on how broken the form is, you may see other things happen.
