I searched for a phrase and the search results showed two messages were found with that phrase. Normally, when I click on the subject line of a found message, the message opens in a window of a new tab. But for these two messages I just found, the new tab opens but nothing shows up in the window. The information about the message that would show the Location it is in is not there. Why does it show in the results but I can't get at it?

The search database is a bit old and not up to date. It still has search data for emails that do not exist. suggest you follow the instructions at this link to rebuild the database. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/rebuilding-global-database
