That depends on what email provider you use. Normally, when composing an email, you have options labelled 'cc' and 'bcc'. Use one of those. The former (abbreviation for "carbon copy") allows recipients to see the email addresses of other recipients (not usually desirable) while the latter ("blind carbon copy") doesn't.
