I have the 13" MacBook Pro, which is currently on macOS 11.4.

I only downloaded Firefox today but the application won't respond when I open it; I can't use the app.

Keazen oplossing

Try to uninstall (drag the Firefox application to the Trash) and reinstall Firefox.

Make sure you install Firefox properly and that you do not run Firefox from within the DMG (Disk Image) file.

Open the Firefox Disk Image file and drag the Firefox application to the Applications folder on your hard drive. You shouldn't double-click the Firefox application to run it from the Disk Image, but instead drag it out of the DMG folder.

Update: My computer now has the 11.5 version but Firefox remains unresponsive.

Keazen oplossing
