Moving adress books in TB

I've succeeded (with a lot of outside help - thank you Which?) in transferring my TB profile following the replacement of my HDD with an SSD. Now I'm stuck again, trying to transfer my address book from my saved back-up into the newly-installed copy of TB .

I have followed the clear instructions on this site regarding the need to export the address books as an LDIF file. But when I have selected this format in the box at the bottom of the AB page, and pressed 'Save', I cannot then find the saved file to transfer it to a thumb drive to install it into the fresh copy of TB. Where is it, for goodness sake? What am I missing (apart from a digital brain, of course)?

Perhaps do it again and have a look in the dialog as to where it says it is going to save the file.

Thanks Matt

When I did as you suggested, I realised that the Address Book window changes to a Windows Explorer screen showing my documents; scrolling down this I found the files that I wanted and then copied and imported into the new TB. Bingo! (Just proves you're never too old to make a newbie mistake).
