It started when I tried signing into Google on my new phone. I received Google alerts, which I can't remove. I have to sign in every time when I go to web sites. Gmail is the one that locks my device to the 500 error. Even Firefox emailed me alerts, but no area to respond "it was me". I changed my password hoping to fix issue. But did not. Except for having to sign into all sites because I cleared "data and cookies", all is fine until I try to get out of GMAIL. Then I get the 500 error. I cannot find an email address to contact GOOGLE or FIREFOX.

You may be in Private Browsing mode or told Firefox not to remember.

Type about:preferences#privacy<enter> in the address box. The button next to History, select Use Custom Settings.

Turn off Always Use Private Browsing Mode Turn on Remember My Browsing And Download History At the bottom of the page, turn on Clear History When Firefox Closes. At the far right, press the Settings button. Turn on ONLY Cache and Form And Search History leaving the others off.

Macs: Make sure you install Firefox properly and that you do not run Firefox from within the DMG (Disk Images) file. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-download-and-install-firefox-mac

Google might be; https://support.google.com/?hl=en

As to Firefox, there is no e-mail or phone contact. This forum is the official support for Mozilla Firefox.

Hi,

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers. If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.

You can also file a bug report or feature request. See File a bug report or feature request for Mozilla products for details.
