My money is on Microsoft Store! ;-)) You should download Firefox from here and install it in a different location like the C drive and not the normal path so that you can have 2 version of Firefox. This will allow you to sync you info into the new browser. Then use sync to load all of you info and then try to import into chrome again.

I did it and it worked completely fine and I hope Firefox or Microsoft store witch one has this problem will get fixed soon
