Recently got a new computer with Windows 11, and now whenever I try to play a Youtube video or videos on other sites, Firefox as a whole slows down. There is a delay when starting the video, and at times Firefox stops responding if I try to switch to another tab when this is happening. (Not always, but sometimes).

The delay can be anywhere from 5 to 45 seconds or so, and repeats whenever I pause and unpause a video, or even rewind slightly. This doesn't seem to be buffering, and videos seem to work just fine on Edge. Any idea what could be causing this issue?

Yes, 102 has been acting up for me also. I can't remember the last time I had to kill Firefox, but I've been killing it since it dropped in Windows and Linux. Just as a test, run either Dev, Beta, or Nightly and see if you have the same issues. Just run it for about an hour or 2 to see what happens. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release
