Two Email Accounts Lost In Transfer to Google - Can I restore Them?
We transferred our email accounts from Thunderbird to Google. Two accounts were missed. How to I complete the two remaining transfer request when it looks like Thunderbird killed all the accounts that were associated with our company, so I can't respond to Googles transfer request that comes thru the dead email accounts. Please help, I am older (57) and am a little behind the 8 ball on this stuff. Muchas Gras The Root

You need to give more information. I am not sure what you mean by transferring from Thunderbird (an email client) to Google (an email provider).
We were using Thunderbird for our emails. GoDaddy told us that we needed to switch over to Microsoft365 before October because Thunderbird was going away. We tried to switch over to 365 and we had issues receiving contact request thru our website after the switch so we decided to switch to Gmail instead of 365. When we switched our accounts to Gmail we missed or forgot to add two additional addresses for the transfer. After the transfer went through, the remaining two emails that we forgot to transfer from Thunderbird stopped receiving emails so when we sent the account transfer request from Gmail to the remaining accounts the emails don't go through to complete the Gmail transfer. I am assuming we need to restore the remaining two accounts so we can view the transfer request from Gmail and complete the account transfer. Hope that helps. Root the Idiot
First, Thunderbird is an email client and is not involved in any email administration, so I assume Godaddy was referring to your current/previous email provider. Possibly, if you share the account information (the part of the email address to the right of the @ sign), someone here can give you better information . If you canceled accounts with a prior email provider, you may need to contact them immediately to see if the account documentation and files are still accessible.
