I want to change my primary Firefox account email. According to the instructions, I need to first enter my secondary email, but when I do that I get a message it already exist. However, under secondary email it always reads "None". How do I get out of this loop so I can change my email settings? Thank you.

You may already have an account under that second e-mail address. Sign-in and delete that account, then retry with the secondary e-mail add again.
