I have a question on how I make thunderbird automatically run my spam filters on startup of the program? I must be in manual mode since after launching thunderbird I have to ‘Run Filters on Folder” in tools to clear out my predetermined spam messages in the Inbox. I’m I missing a setting or something else? I don’t want to use adaptive message scanning, I’d rather set my own filters. Appreciate any help offered.

My post "Run filters automatically at startup" Yes it does. I have to go to tools and run filters on the Inbox folder manually and it doesn't work very good most of the time. Is this problem being looked into, and might be fixed in a later Thunderbird release?

As you can see there is no activity at the moment. Apparently this isn't reproducible easily, and there will be no fix until it is. Therefore, if you do have any new information helping to reproduce this for a developer please add it to the bug.
