Can I log out of Mozilla, delete sync data on the device, and then later restore it by logging back in?
I'm considering taking in my computer to be checked up and have the fan cleaned, but I don't want to just leave my firefox as it is with accounts logged in and autofill information available, should they be able to get into the computer software (I have it set to require a pin/fingerprint to log in but feel like that could be circumvented). I also don't want to risk losing all my passwords/bookmarks/etc. so I'm unsure how to approach it.
If I log out and delete sync data, will logging back in restore my bookmarks and passwords or do I need to back them up some other way? Will just logging out of my Mozilla account be enough to prevent access? Would it require clearing something to log out of everything and then log out of Mozilla?
Any help would be very appreciated!

Keep in mind that Sync isn't designed to be used as a backup, but merely is meant to sync data between connected devices. Best is to backup your personal data locally.
