For example - When I get an email from Amazon and they want me to choose certain items I want to search I used to be able to point (with an arrow) to that item - now I don't get an arrow I get either a +sign or a -sign. How can I get back the arrow symbol to choose a particular item??

This is a known bug that should be resolved in the next week (according to the programmers). meanwhile, right click on the link and choose 'Open...'
