When I want to print something on my HP Pro 8500 Premier Printer, Firefox does not let me change the paper type/quality from Photo Paper to either Plain or Inkjet. But I have no problem with Safari or Internet Explorer. Does anyone have a solution?

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

== 2 days ago after using my new printer for the first time. I called HP Customer Support but they claim this is a software issue with Firefox.

When you are on the Print screen, is there a button "Properties" near/after the printer name? If so, click on it.
