Keazen oplossing

Use this add-on, ReloadEvery: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/115/

Its functionality is accessible from the page context menu (right click anywhere on a page).

This is not the answer to this problem, but to the inverse problem.

The guy wants to turn ON automatic refresh when the website's author didn't plan for that; "Warn me when web sites try to redirect or reload the page" is an option to turn OFF automatic refresh (or redirect) when the website's author *did* define automatic refresh (or redirect).
