I installed 3.6.6, it crashed on startup every time. I removed all the plugins, and now it starts, but it can't find my .js files, even though putting the same url into the address bar brings up the .js file

When I do enter the url to the .js file into the address bar, and then go back to the previous html page which was trying to load it, the first .js file turns up n firebug, but none of the other .js includes below, and the browser page is blank. So it's sort of finding it at the url, but is still stopping at that point.

Hi Moses.

Here are the crash id's.. however, since disabling all extensions apart from firebug, it's no longer crashing. However, I'm still having trouble loading javascript files... I'm testing a .js file with only an alert statement in it, and the file isn't being found. I've checked the file for funny characters, line breaks are set to Unix LF, encoding is Unicode UTF-8 no Bom. I'm using php codeigniter, not sure if that would cause issues. I just can't think what is going wrong!

I'm only using firefox so I can use firebug, so disabling firebug isn't an option. I've re-installed the latest firebug 1.5.4.

Can you possibly give me some new crash reports? The ones you gave me are no longer valid as I cannot get them from the system.

Hi Moses.. Firefox is no longer crashing after I disabled all extensions other than firebug. The issue is the javascript files not being loaded... see the js_problem.jpg attachment.

Thanks for your help!
