Is there a way to set it so that only certain toolbars appear at Firefox startup?

Basically I have a few toolbars I dont use often and also some for the personas so that i can view it properly, but I dont want them to show up everything I start up firefox. I there a way to set things so that some toolbars wont show till u enable them through view?

Firefox should be displaying the same toolbars when you open Firefox, as when you last closed it. If that isn't happening, something you have installed is causing a fault in your localstore.rdf file where that data is stored.
