I've just downloaded FF3.6 to my two PCs. The big green button at the far left of Location Bar is green on my XP PC but blue on my Vista PC. Shouldn't it be the same color on both (whether green or blue)?

Hi,

I think this is because of vista (or later). Vista and windows 7 uses Aero interface. Is it possible to take a screenshot of both buttons to be sure of my expectation?

Kind regards, Joren

Shows them in green for XP and blue for Vista/Win7 on this page; maybe that's the Mozilla default: https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Navigation+Toolbar+items

Also add-on Vista on XP: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/6839/

Update Java: https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Using+the+Java+plugin+with+Firefox With that very old version of Java, you might want to uninstall it from Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs, then install the new version. Otherwise, the new version of Java may not uninstall/over-write the new version and you have the old version still hanging out on your system along with the new version.
