In the History file, why does it not list the keywords or descriptions in the site meta file?
In the columns for "Keyword" & "Description" I thought it would show that information from the Meta data on the site but it shows nothing. what are these columns for then?

Copy of History File
Only bookmarks have a keyword and a description.
Firefox 3 versions use the Library for the History and the Bookmarks and those columns are nor shown for the History unless you enabled them yourself.
Why are those columns there then?
You can ignore columns that apply only to bookmarks if you look at the history in the Library.
Keywords also do not apply to Bookmark folders.
You can select which columns to show via Views > Show Columns or via a right-click on the header bar.
