I was working on a website using a web builder. While editing the web page content the web builder has buttons such as Preview Changes, Approve, Edit, Cancel and so on. After editing the page. I clicked on the Preview button, which was fine. Then I had to click the Approve button. This button did not appear on the page and hence the work that I did on editing the page was wasted. The web builder site mentions on the site that Firefox is compatible with it. The same page opened properly with Internet Explorer. I did it multiple time and the results did not change.

I saw a similar thing occur on a government tax website. On Internet Explorer, it appears.

I did speak to them. But they couldn't understand what I was saying because they were able to see them. Then, I tried other browser like Internet Explorer and Chrome. There was no such issue there.

After I reported the issue, I noticed them on other sites too. If there was a video playing and there were ads in the foreground, the button that gave you an option to close the ad was not visible on Firefox but visible on Chrome and Internet Explorer.

Firefox gave me the best experience until now. But if these controls are not visible, I can't work with it.
