Can not down load new patch for Quickens 2011. States Firefox guiding in a direction download will not complete. Need too download latest version of quickens patch

I have purchased Quickens 2011 for online services. They have had a problem and have put out a patch to correct the problem. I have downloaded the patch but after down loading it I get a message from Firefox stating that Firefox sees the patch is going in the wrong direction and direction will not complete. I am sort of at a loss. It says maybe the problems might be cookies. I have tried to solve problem with cookies on and off. Can't get the problem solved.
