I am having a problem with a reference and citation generator within my student website. It used to show up and now it just acts as if it is looking for the site and I cant cite my reference. I am a graduate student with the University of Phoenix.
I am able to enter the student website and see everything ecept the reference and citation generator page.

I had this problem and just spoke to technical assistance. Click on tools then internet options. Next click delete under browsing history uncheck all boxes. Next check only cookies and temporary internet files.
