I have opened an email that presents a product. I click on the product and am redirected to the product's page. I enter my information and then am redirected again, this time internet explorer says I have lost connection to internet and diagnose the problem, only the diagnosis is that there is no problem and I am still connected.

How is that related to Firefox support?

Firefox doesn't do email and that problem with Internet Explorer isn't a Firefox support issue.
