it says my current security setting prevent downloading 3 or 4 why?
When I went to the fire fox 4 and 3 sites and tried to download firefox 3 or 4 it said my current security setting will not allow me to downloade firefox 3 or 4 . what security settings does it mean . I am fairly new to comp.uters so am a bit thick about things like that

I suppose it may be some setting on your browser, but it is probably more likely to be some security software you are using. Have you tried downloading anything else. Once downloaded you then may need permissions to actually install firefox.
