The extension that Kurzweil 3000 provided for Mac OS to use the web does not yet work with Firefox 4.0. The Kurzweil technicians have advised that I reinstall Firefox 3.6. How do I do that? thanks

Go to http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all-older.html and download version 3.6.

(if you don't see it when it finishes downloading, click on the Window menu in Firefox and select Downloads)

When it finishes downloading, Hold the control key while you click on it, and choose Show in Finder. Leave this window open.

Close Firefox.

uninstall Firefox 4. (drag it OUT of your applications folder)

Launch the 3.6 installer.
