I checked my account through web marketplace and the device name seems fine (Samsung Galaxy P-1000). When I try to install through web marketplace, it says my device is not compatible.

Clicking the installation link at mozilla.com shows the requested item cannot be found.

I had no problem installing and using it when I was using froyo. this problem arise after I update to gingerbread (no problem installing other apps)

Only firefox beta shows up at search result.

If your hardware is compatible but you can't find Firefox in the Android Market, you can also download it to your device using the "directly from our FTP server" link on this page: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Mobile/Platforms/Android

I don't know why the Market does not think Firefox is compatible with your device. We'll look into this and try to fix it.

Did you receive an official Gingerbread update from Samsung, or are you using an unofficial Android ROM?
