I have tons of bookmarks. I have them in certain folders. If you backup or export it backs up and exports all bookmarks. How do I backup or export only certain bookmarks, so that I can import those certain bookmarks on another computer without having to import ALL the bookmarks....??

You will have to edit all bookmarks to an HTML file and edit that file to only keep the wanted bookmarks.
Firefox still doesn't have a way to only export specific bookmarks.
