Firefox won't shut down then won't start up say's Firefox is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart your system.keeps computer from shuting down have to manualy shut computer off to close Firefox & it also won't load web pages! IE is working ok! about to give up & go back to IE, I've tried searching for an answer & tried for day's & nights on end to resolve but can't! can you please help don't know what else to do????
