When I print an invoice from Amazon.com it prints URL, page #, page # and title of page + every time I print I have to manually change each field to "blank" - I would like it to hold "blank" permanently.

I simply would like the header and footer fields to stay set to "blank". I print many invoices from Amazon.com's Seller Central website. The last version held the settings. Version 6.0 does not hold the settings so every time I print invoices I have to make the change. It is a pain in the you know what. Even if I check "No Headers" on my printer settings it does not hold. It is clearly a browser issue.

I already know how to manually change the header and footer fields. I want the changes to stay that way so I don't have to change them every time I print an invoice.
