I took a picture with my phone and e-mailed it to myself. When I saved the image to my desktop, it wouldn't let me save as a .jpg file. Instead I got were save as a "firefox document" or "all files" and it gives me code, not the photo. Please help!

I didn't have this problem before today. Could it be the new version of Firefox that I upgraded to?bold text

Rename the file and change the .html file extension to .jpg to make it a valid image file.

You probably need to add quotes around the name ("image.jpg") in case Windows is hiding the .html file extension or otherwise you may end up with image.jpg.html and you will still have that problem.
