I'm downloading, still waiting for "prompt" to drag icon to Applications folder. How long does this take? What do I do if the Firefox icon never prompts me to drag it?
The downloading process seems frozen at Step 2, waiting for the "prompt" to drag the Firefox icon onto the Applications folder at the bottom of my screen.
