On launch, Firefox window opens and closes straight away followed by a crash report window. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still wouldn't work. I can run it on Safe-Mode cause it wouldn't open at all.

I cannot find a different manner to open it on safe mode neither.

This is caused by Trusteer Rapport. Try to disable it and see if that stops the crashing.
You can stop Rapport using Start Menu > Programs > Trusteer Rapport > Stop Rapport
You can ask their helpdesk when an updated version of their product will be made available or, if you don't need this software, uninstall it.
