I cant set my own home page; welcome to Firefox overtakes my settings, what can I do?

every time I sign in I just to have my own home page, now with the new Firefox system it overtakes my homepage and starts with 2 tabs 1-Welcome to Firefox and 2-Mozilla Firefox Start Page and even if I follow the indications in how to drag the icon of desire home page to the house icon or type in the home page bar my desire start page it doesn't work "It Can get more easier"?

Be sure to select in the same session(startup session in general tab) in WHEN FIREFOX STARTS to SHOW MY HOME PAGE after your put the desire start page in HOME PAGE session.
