Why can't I in the compose message arrow down, I can't open IM's or SMS's anymore?

I have been having problems with Firefox for days. It crashed and I couldn't print, open IM's and SMS in email arrow down where is says to compose. I updated firefox and can now print but still can't use the IM's and SMS when using arrow down by Composing box. I couldn't go to another website and click on in it and it would not open. This happened suddenly and can't find out what to do.

Its known issue, see;

you can open a bugzilla account and follow the bug, but i think its fixed in nightly
