I am trying to download firefox on my brand new Toshiba Windows 7 lap top. I get to your page, click downloand and NOTHING happens. Then the webpage freezes up. This happens each time no matter which direction I try to get FireFox downloaded.

Exactly what is the message you get and when. Presumably you are using IE9 to download the Firefox Installer file.

Try the site http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html to download the latest Firefox version in the correct language.
