Can I change the password notification to display like 3.6?

When I enter a password into a site and hit enter, the password notification bar is gone and replaced with an info window. My question as stated above is how can I set firefox to show the notification as a bar like it was in 3.6? My reasoning is that sometimes, I hit 'not now' or 'never for this site'. I think having to go clicking for them is a waste of my time. Now, I'm sure some of you are thinking to post something like "just don't click it and it won't save". Please don't, that response does not fix the problem of having to go hunting for 'never for this site'.

You can click the Key icon on the location bar at any time once the pop-up has disappeared to reopen the dialog if you've changed your mind and either want to save the password or set an exception and choose "Never". The previously used info bar doesn't allow that.

You can also open the about:permissions page via the location bar or a bookmark and change the permissions for a specific domain directly.

While the old method didn't allow someone to "change their mind" so quickly, it was not something to cry about either. Having the three options available without going clicking for theme is, by far, a better idea. If I changed my mind on 3.6, I could then go into options and change settings, which is alright since I've only had to do so about three to five times since upgrading to it. This new "feature", would not be so bad if all options were available on a single window.
