The problem started 2 days ago when ESPN3 replay events stopped loading. The replay appears to be loading but never finishes although live events do load. I was running FF15 with the latest Flash plugin. I uninstalled then reinstalled FF and Flash same problem. Next I tried FF12 reinstalled same problem. Internet Explorer 32 bit loads both live and replay events. Please help.

The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information. Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.

To Reset Firefox do the following:

  1. Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
  2. Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
  3. Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
  4. Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

Further information can be found in the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article.

Fixed. Thank you for providing the solution. Now I can test to see if one of my extension was misbehaving.

I found the culprit that was preventing replay ESPN3 videos from loading in FF12 thru FF15. Ghostery 2.8.2 was blocking ESPN.GO trackers. Apparently blocking the trackers also prevented the replays from loading. I was forced to whitelist ESPN.
